Call center life is different than any other. Example, office slang is used in case your convo is picked up on someone else's headset. For bathroom trips, "copy room" means going to the bathroom. "sending a fax" means #2 and "just blank fax pages" means you tried #2 but nothing happened. Next time you are on a call and hear these terms, know they are not talking about a report ;)
